Origin of the International Fiscal Calendar

The First Point of Tropical Aries move,
We do not move !
The Western Calendar was basd n the Tropical Zodiac,
And needs periodic corrections.

On the contrary, The Sidereal ZOdiac,
Is static and does not move !
So no periodic corrections are needed,
As Celestial longitudes are eternal,
(Nitya NIrayan SPutangal )

When I used 1year =365.25 days initially,
Dasas differed from 20 to 30 days,
So I used 1 year = 365.256362424815,
Value provided by Sir Simon Newcomb.

SO that solved the problem,
Before 1582, Juian Calendar was ruling,
It had only ten months,
Based on the moving Tropical Zdiac !

Its Seventh month,
Was Sapta, Septa, September !
Its Eighth month,
Was Ashta, Octa, October !

Its Ninth month,
Was Nava, Novem, November !
Its Tenth month,
Was Dasa, Decem, December !

It was called Julian Calendar,
Because it was installed by Julius Caesar,
Who, undoubdtedly was a great warrior,
But not aware of Astronomy’s rules !

In 1582, astronomers were bewildered !
Seasons were coming on wrong dates!
It was clear that their Tropical Calendar,
Had to be reivised !

Pope Gregory entrusted the work to Chrisopther Clavius,
Who learnd Astronomy & Maths from Pedro Nunes,
But they had not solved the problems,
If Latiudes, longitude & Loxodromes.

Since trig tables were necessary,
And Ind had the SIne Tables of Aryabhata nd Madhava,
Clavius teams visited Ind and Kerala,
And they triumphed with Ind Maths !

Twelve decimal places,
Was briefed to five,
And Calvius used 1 year = 365.25636,
And rectified the Calendar Julian !

Popge Gregoy added 14 days to the Julian,
This calendar is known by his name,
The ubiquitous Gregorian Calendar,
The Simple Calendar sans longitudes Celestial !

Contrarily, the Hindu Calendar,
Is more scientific, comprehensive,
And systematic, says Francois Gautier,
The world famous writer.

As it is based on the Sidereal Zodiac,
It needs no periodic corrections,
Sidereal is deriving from Sidereus,
Pertaining to the constellation of fixed stars !

In India, the East India Conpany observed,
That the Hindu New Year began on April 14, Vishu
So they used their brain and deducted
14 days from their Calendar !

And so APr 14 became the First Day,
Of a New Calendar.
The International Fiscal Calendar,
The FInancial CALENDAR, which starts from Apr 1
