this is a self actualisation verse from sankara. nir means without. vikalpa = mental fluctuations. sama =equal, dhee = mind. samadhi is the state when the mind becomes equal and equanimous. nvs is the ultimate seventh state and savikalpa ( without fluctuation),the fifth ! neither heaven or earth, nor moon / no craters, no peaks , nor planets celestial/ All dissolved in that infinite ocean / of existence, consciousness and beatitude !
