With 357 million tonnes horti production, 325 mt foodgrains, 13 mt spices, 18 mt seafood, 218 mt milk et al and an annual production exceeding one billion tonnes, Ind is the bread basket of the world. What is needed here is a Green Revolution II and Blue Revolution. We mean Markeing, Processing and Distribution. Less than 10 per cent is processed. We need Mega Factories and Mass Industrialisation. Then only will Ind's potential be actualised !
