Man’s inhalation and exhalation are of the nature = Soham , I AM HE, and the duration is 4 seconds.
A day is made up of 60 Nazhikas = 60*24 minutes =1440 mins
I Nazhika = 24 mins
Day = 60 Nazhikas
= 60*24 mins = 1440
= 1440*60 = 86400 secs
= 86400/4 = 21600 Asus
So Man, unconsciously, says I am He, 21600 times a day.
