What is Maha Manvantara or Super Cosmological Cycle ?

We have already defined a Cosmological Cyle = 2 million Age Cycles = 1 Brahma Day.

Age Cycle = 72 *30 = 2160 years, Now Aquarian Age = 2160 years.

A Manvantara =

The Vernal Equinoctial Point was found to precede one degree in every 72
years. Hence as one Zodiacal Sign is 30 degrees in length, 2160 years is
the duration of an Age Cycle. We are at the moment undergoing the Piscean Age which will give way to the Aquarian in 2444 AD.  It is called
the Piscean Age because the Vernal Equinoctial Point is passing through
Pisces and is at the moment 06 degrees 40 minutes 24 seconds in Pisces.

Age Cycle                               ( 72*30)                     =            2160 years
Precessional Cycle            (72*360)                    =            25920 years ( as the Zodiac is 360 degrees )
Equinoctial Cycle              (2000*2160)             =              43,20000 years
Cosmological Cycle          ( 2 million * 2160 ) =              4.32 billion years

One Cycle of Brahma      = 100 Brahma years

One Day of Brahma         = 4.32 billion years

Hence one Super Cosmological Cycle or

Maha Manvantara = 4.32*2*365.25*100 = 311.04 trillion years

Shubman Gill admits concerns in red-ball batting: I sometimes lose my focus

vain as Punjab got all out for 213 in the second innings and lost the match by an innings and 207 runs. Following his return to form after recent poor outings in the Test series against Australia, Gill opened up on his batting concerns in red-ball cricket and revealed that he sometimes puts too much pressure on himself to get big runs, which eventually leads to him losing his focus and concentration.

“Red-ball batting is a concern. Sometimes, I think with the red ball, in the matches that I play, I get very good 25-30 runs. I think in those moments, sometimes I put too much pressure on myself to be able to score big runs. I think that is not the way that I have grown up playing my game,” Gill told PTI.

“There is a certain zone that I am in, certain intent that I am in and sometimes I think I lose that because I put too much pressure on myself that I have to get big runs now that I am set. I think in those crucial moments, I sometimes lose my focus and concentration. I think it keeps you in the game all the time,” he added.
