Conquer all this with Manas Samyamana or Control of Mind, being the same in Happiness and Sorrow, ( He conquers who endures ), this is the highest injunction of Wisdom ! Be the true Yogin is the Commandment of the Lord, Sukham va Yadi va Dukham sa Yogee Paramo mathah !
