Never be complacent !

Hannibal was one of the greatest who made Rome shiver from base to apex, when Rome was in her Zenith. But complacency did him in and he had to commit suicide.

Deca means 10 and so a Decanate means 10 degrees of arc. The Rising Ten Degrees  at Nativity is called the Ascending Decanate
