Poetic Secrets Revealed\r\n\r\nWhat is the Secret,\r\nTo become a Dante or a Kalidasa?\r\nBy transcending the mundane,\r\nAnd indulging in Meditation & Prayer\r\n\r\nThe Thesis, Poets are born,\r\nDoes have a powerful Anti Thesis\r\nMilton was not a born poet,\r\nHe was a made one.\r\n\r\nHe had lived laborious days,\r\nBurning the midnight oil,\r\nIn mastering the Bible,\r\nLabor is the All Conqueror !\r\n\r\nFortune favors the industrious,\r\nOnly the weak say God gave.\r\nErase God and Fate and work hard\r\nYour fortunes will change !\n\r\nThere is nothing unconquerable,\r\nTo Meditation, Yoga, all are conquerable !\r\nNa Saddhya Tapasa kinchit\r\nTrishu Lokeshu Vidyate .\r\n \r\n...How poetic faculty can be developed?\r\n\r\n \r\nMeditation opens Intuitive Mind,\r\nThe repository of scientia intuitiva,\r\nIntuition is that faculty of the Absolute,\r\nAnd reveals eyes that see.\r\n \r\nGrace grants prayers sincere,\r\nInvocation invokes Muses or Saraswati,\r\nThat Thou should preside over voice and words,\r\nPadamay Thoovil vanaruluka Nee.\r\n \r\nTune Thou art,\r\nAlso Symphony\r\nThou art Bliss\r\nAlso Lyrics Immortal !\r\n \r\nLongfellow averred that  the poet\r\nCan carry you to celestial realms.\r\n\"By the Art of the poet we stand uplifted,\r\nAnd, transfigured, the world floats in an ineffable haze !\"\r\n \r\nPresented in modern terms,\r\nPoetry can trigger the Bliss Response.\r\nIt can make you a Kalidasa or Shakespeare,\r\nAnd immortalise you with fame !                    \r\n \r\nIn the Invocation, the Poet prays,\r\nTo the Deity of Wisdom thus\r\nBe on my tongue as Voice,\r\nAnd as Nada in the strings of instruments.\r\n\r\nAnd as Almighy Words in the pen,\r\nSwaramay Naavil,\r\nNadanay Tantriyil,\r\nPadamay Thoovil Vanaruluka Nee !\r\n \r\nSince Grace grants sincere prayers,\r\nDeity is obliged to please him.\r\nNama is greater than Nami,\r\nAs He serves all devotees; Nanu Bhaktadasa !\r\n \r\nAs I have many aspects,\r\nAs son, brother, father, Guru,\r\nSo too the Divine has many aspects\r\nAnd His Wisdom Aspect is Saraswati !\r\n( She being His Aspect as Strength, Sakti).\r\n \r\nAs Terror as TIme , The All Destroyer,\r\nThe Kala Swaroopini, is mighty Kali !\r\nShe has  ten aspects, the Dasa Maha Vidyas,\r\nAnd Her Wisdom Aspect is called Matangi !\r\n \r\nHippocrene, the Fountain of Poesy,\r\nGushed out of Kalidasa, when She became visible.\r\nManikya Veenam Upalalayanti,\r\nMadala Manjula Vagvilasa.\r\n \r\nI behold a Maiden of incalculable Beauty\r\nThe Deity of silver tongued oratory,\r\nAs resplendent as Blue Sapphire,\r\nAnd the Sole Mother of the Universe !\r\n \r\nI bow to the Wisdom Mother,\r\nMother of the Universe,\r\nMahendra Neeladyuti Komalange,\r\nMatanga Kanya Manasasmarami !\r\n \r\nThou art Mother Supernal,\r\nOf the lustre of Emerald\r\nBestow Thy Grace on us,\r\nO Most Beauteous One !\r\n \r\nMata Marataka Shyma\r\nMatangi Madhu Salini.\r\nKuryat Kataksham Kallyani,\r\nKadamba Vana       Vasini.                                                                                                          <\/code><\/pre>\n\n\n\n
