\n Prana is the breath of life and moves in the upper parts of the body. It

\nThe second, Apana, is the breath of Death. for it gives the Vital
\nForce out of the body.<\/b>

\nThe third, Samana, regulates both these
\nforces. Equalises and maintains equilibrium<\/b>

\nThe fourth, Vyana,
\ndistributes vital energies throughout the body.<\/b>
