This is the rationale of Vidwesha Bhakthi or Inimical Mysticism. <\/p>\n<p>The doctrine of Inimical Mysticism is that the Lord is the doer and the devotee has his rights to question the Lord when he subjects his devotee to suffering !<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-style:italic;\">Yada vairanubhandena martyasthanmayamapi tat<br \/>Na tadha bhakti yogena, iti me nischita mati <\/span><\/p>\n<p>Not even Bridal Mysticism can get the benign effects of Inimical Mysticism. It is said that Kamsa and Ravana got Moksha earlier than the Yogis who extolled him. In hatred there is more emotional attachment than in love. Kamsa and Ravana were always thinking about their Grand Enemy. That is what the Yogis were contemplating, as they contemplated Being Knowledge Bliss !<\/p>\n<p>Milton began the Paradise Lost by saying<\/p>\n<p>That I may assert Eternal Providence<br \/>And justify the ways of God to man !<\/p>\n<p>But then his famous statements through Satan were &#8221; It is better to reign in Hell than serve in Heaven&#8221; and &#8220;Eternity so spent in worship paid, to whom we hate&#8221;. Satan became the unconscious hero of Paradise Lost and Milton could not redeem God with Paradise Regained !
