Vidarbha may play Victoria and Surrey, Maharshtra !<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>If we take the finalists of each country, we have 20 teams and semi finalists, 40 teams.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>40 teams is not a big number, as the largest Championship, Ranji, is played with 38 teams.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>28 state teams + 4 Union Territories + Railways + Services + Vidharbha + Bombay + Saurashtra + Baroda = 38 teams<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>England has 29 stadiums and Ind ,53. There should be games in those stadiums.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Ranji is as imperfect as World Cup.
