Indian tradition holds that the Master is the representative of the\nLord, or rather the Lord Himself !\n\n\nUnto Him, who is indeed all this\nWho has manifested as the Triad\nUniverse, Ego, Supreme Relative\nAs the Teacher Supreme to teach\n\n\nVerities divine ineffable\nThe Lord of Wisdom great\nThe Lustrous Form facing South\nUnto Him, be this millionfold saluation !\n\n \n\n\nViswam darpana drusyamana nagari,\nThulyam nijantargatham,\nPasyannathmani mayaya bahirivoth,\nBhutham yatha nidraya,\nYa sakshath kuruthe prabodha samaye,\nSwathmanameva dwayam,\nThasmai sri guru murthaye nama idham,\nSree  Dakshinamurthaye.\n\n\nSimilar to the mirror image of a town\nSo is this Universe seen in Self !\nWhat exists outside is inside\nThe living lordly regal Self !\n\n\nUltimately this is actualised\nIn the state of Enlightenment\nThat I am That Non-dual Self\nTo Thee whose Grace is all,, I bow !\n\nBeejasyanthari vankuro jagadhidham,\nPrang nirvikalpam puna,\nMayakalpitha desa kala kalanaa,\nVaichithrya chithrikrutham,\nMayaveeva vijrumbhayathyapi maha,\nYogeeva yah swechaya,\nThasmai sri guru murthaye nama idham,\nSree  dakshinamurthaye.\n\nThe Universe existed as seed\nPrior to Thy Manifestation !\nUniverse exists in the Universal Mind\nConditioned by Space, Time, Causality\n\n\nThy Manifestation is manifold\nLike the Yogi who manifests at will,\nThou manifested this Universe\nTo Thee whose Grace is all,, I bow !\n\n\n \n\n \n\nYasyaiva sphuranam sadathmakamasath,\nKalparthagam bhasathe,\nSakshaath thathwamaseethi veda vachasa,\nYobodhyathyasrithhan,\nYath saksht karanath bhavenna punara,\nAavrithir bhavambhonidhow,\nThasmai sri guru murthaye nama idham,\nSree  dakshinamurthaye.\n\n\nThee who exists as the Effulgence Supreme\nWho alone shines in this World of Appearance\nThou manifests as Teacher Supreme\nWho instructs students \" That Art Thou \"\n\n\nWhose instruction can redeem\nOne from this ocean of worldliness\nAnd the cycles of birth and death\nTo Thee whose Grace is all,, I bow !\n\n\nDeham pranam api indryanyapi chalaam,\nBudhim cha soonyam vidhu,\nStree balandha jadopamasthvaha mithi,\nBrandha brusam vadhina,\nMaya sakthi vilasa kalpitha maha,\nVyamoha samharine,\nThasmai sri guru murthaye nama idham,\nSree  dakshinamurthaye.\n\n\nSome philosopers think the body is Truth\nOthers intellect and the Soul\nOthers Emptiness and Void\nAre they not similar to the ignorant ?'\n\n\nThe blind, women and children ?\nIgnorance is only destroyed by Thee\nCosmic Illusion is destroyed by Thee\nTo Thee whose Grace is all,, I bow !\n\n\nRahu grastha divakarendu sadrusho,\nMaya samachadanath,\nSanamthra karanopa samharanatho,\nYo abhoot sushuptha pumaan,\nPragaswapsaamithi prabodha samaye,\nYaa prathyabignayathe,\nThasmai sri guru murthaye nama idham,\nSree  dakshinamurthaye.\n\n\nSimilar to Sol and Luna after being eclipsed,\nKnow that they are existing still !\nSimilar to the dreamer whose dream\nCreated problems galore for him.\n\n\nRealises that all was but a dream !\nFeels blissful    after waking up\nUltimatelty realises \" I am He \".\n\nTo Thee whose Grace is all,, I bow !\n\n\n\nBalyadishwapi jagaradhadishu  thadha,\nSarva sva avasthasthaswapi,\nVyavrutha swanuvarthamanamaha ,\nMithyanth sphurantham sada,\nSvathmaanam pragatikarothi bajatham,\nYo mudraya bhadraya,\nThasmai sri guru murthaye nama idham,\nSree  dakshinamurthaye\n\nTo Thee, who shines and exhibits\nBy the sacred Chinmudra of the hand\nThat He exists as the Self in all\nAs the supreme, lordly Self\n\n\nEverlasting and Unchanging\nWitnessing youth, childhood, old age,\nEven during the triune states relative\nTo Thee whose Grace is all, I bow\n\nViswam pasyathi karya karana thaya,\nSwa swami sambandatha,\nSishyacharya thaya  thadaiva pithru,\nPuthradhyathmana bedatha,\nSwapne Jagrathi va  ya esha purusho,\nMaya Paribramitha,\nThasmai sri guru murthaye nama idham,\nSree  dakshinamurthaye.\n\nDuring the states of waking and dream\nDiversity holds absolute sway !\nWorld is Cause and Effect\nWe are different from the Lord\n\n\nTeacher and taught are different\nFather and son are different\nConfounded by Illusion\nAll see great diversity\n\n\nUnable to see Unity divine !\nCosmos spring into view\nSimultaneously with the Seer\nWorld appears multiform\n\n\nEgo is deluded in states triune\nWaking, dreaming and dreamless sleep\nThy Grace destroyest Diversity\nAnd confers experience of Unity !\n\n\n\n\n\nBhoorambaamsya  anilo ambhara,\nMaharnadho himamasu puman,\nIthyabhathi characharathmakamidham,\nYasyaiva murthyashtakam,\nNanyath kinchana vidhyathe  vimrusathaam,\nYasmath parasmath vibho,\nThasmai sri guru murthaye nama idham,\nSree  dakshinamurthaye.\nTo those in Cosmic Consciousness\nUniverse shines as Self\nWhich is mutable and Immutable?\nWhich is mobile and Immobile ?\n\n\nThe Elemental Five\nSoul, Sol and Luna\nOr the Immutable Self ?\nThe Truth seekers find\n\n\n\nThe Absolute is everywhere !\nThat it is Being Knowledge Bliss\nThe eternal triad which the Universe is\nAnd which we are in actuality\n\nThy magnificent  eightfold Form\nAs Being, Knowledge,Bliss\nAs Life, Mind, Matter, Supermind\nAnd finally as Love Immortal\n\n\nWho causeth universe visible and invisible\nAnd Whose Grace liberates
