So, i dont tell the Mind I have not slept yesterday. I give a false suggestion. at 0845 PM, I tell this sob &#8211; I am just relaxing, not sleeping. At 9 I will go the TV Room. Cricket and a TV Serial at 1030. I intend to go to sleep at 12 . This mind, this punk, will then act as an enemy and block this 1030 serial and cricket ! He will block that by sending me into slumberland !<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The result was  fantastic. I got up at 1200. I had already go 3 hours sleep !<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>By hoodwinking the mind, this master villainr, we can achieve mind control.
