Gandhi said turn the other cheek. Nice principle. Can you do it in War ?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>For success, it is time to do do out of the box thinking. To drop a player who had scored two back to back double centuries and a 93 no is not common sense. Nor is the dropping of Surya, whose brilliant batting and captaincy won the battle for India.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Nature &amp; Nurture <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Talents like Jaiswal  are abundant in India. Did not Abhishek Sharma score a hundred against Zim, with 8 sixes and 7 fours. He clobbered 42 sixes in IPL. Talent or Nature, when spotted, should be nurtured.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>As a bowler Rian Parag shone in the 2 matches and India needs a leg spinner.<br>Sanju scored a hundred and a fifty. He flopped in two innings. He can keep wickets also.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>See the difference between Arshdeep and Bhumra. Arsh could not score one run, whereas Bhumra hit 35 runs in one over. In the death overs, he gave just 4 runs and clean bowled Marco Jansen. Arsh gave 4 full tosses in the dying overs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Surya is an incredible hitter and fielder. He belongs to the power game players &#8211; Kapil, Dhoni, Sehwar, R Sharma, Jaiswal et al. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Not touch artists, T20 and ODI are for power hitters   !<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>I was satisfied with the selection of the invincible WC Champions team. And they proved to be invincible !<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Because of IPL, we have plenty of talent and it is only a matter of nurturing them. Mayank Yadav is one of the fastest bowlers in the world.
