OF  WORLD PEACE<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

It is heartening to note,<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

That the Indian PM’s name,<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Hath been recommended,<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

For establishing World Peace !<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

“My chariots shall not be bloody,<\/strong>
<\/strong>Till the earth records my name”,<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Said the conscientious Buddha,<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

As he renounced War.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Milton averred ” Peace hath her victories,<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

No less renouned than War ” !<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Man’s essential nature is Peace,<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

War is only\u00a0an abnormality !<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

<\/p>\n\n\n\n

How can a Nation which declares Peace,<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Aum Shanti, Shanti, advocate War ? <\/strong> <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

From the ethical, moral angle,<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Peace gets Fame, and War notoriety !<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Love cognised is Truth<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Love in action is Non VIolence<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Love as pure Being is Wisdom<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Love as Feeling is Peace.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Yet, many believe that war is a necessity biologic,<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

An outlet for the human desire to compete and excel !<\/strong>
<\/strong>Conquest by force is only half victory,<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

True victory is conquest by Love !<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Harmony has to be established,<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

And perfection worked out.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

We have to effectuate the Divine,<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

In a conflicting and contradicting world\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 !<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

<\/p>\n\n\n\n

We have been instructed,<\/strong>
<\/strong>To rise from Non Being to Being,<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Asado Ma Sad Gamaya,<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

And to rise from Darkness to Light.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

In other words,<\/strong>
<\/strong>From the Negative to the Positive.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

But we have a big problem here,<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

As we are confronted by qualities negative !<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

<\/p>\n\n\n\n

We have seen Death,<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

But not Immortality !<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Mrutyor Ma Amritam Gamaya,<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Appears to be difficult !<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Death, Non Being, Ignorance,<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Darkness, adversity, disease,<\/strong>
<\/strong>All these we have seen,<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

But never experienced the Positive !<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Qualties Negative,<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Are merely the first terms of the Formula,<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Unintellible to us,<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Till we work out its esoteric terms !<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

<\/p>\n\n\n\n

These qualities negative,<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Are merely initial discords<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Of the Musician’s symphony,<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Didnt He create a world miserable ?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

<\/p>\n\n\n\n

That too deliberately flawing perfection,<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Of His Own Creation ?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

The discords of the world are Lord’s discords,<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

To unfold the Godhead within us?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The tormenting Evil is He,<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

As well as the Redeeming Grace !<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Oru Kai Praharikkave<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Maru Kai kondu thalodum Easwaran !<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Only when we have an integral vision,<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Can we see beyond all masks,<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

The serene and lovely face,<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Of\u00a0 the All Blissful Godhead !<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

<\/p>\n\n\n\n

His tests test our imperfection,<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

True friemd is He and Heart, the Teacher !<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Mind is the greatest Guru,<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

And world, the true Book !<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Let us be what the Seer Poets recommended,<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

What Lord Krishna recommended to Arjuna,<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Realised souls viewing Becoming,<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Under the\u00a0metaphor of Being !<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Let us rise from Death to Self Realisation,<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

From the Darkness of Nescience to Light Supernal,<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

From the mirage of Non Being to True Being,<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Thus fulfilling that eternal Prayer Asato Ma Sadgamaya !<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Did not Bhagavan Aurobindo,<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Say that Strive and thou shalt have ?
Trust and thy trust shall be justified ?
That the Divine Crown is within our reach ?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

<\/p>\n\n\n\n

That we have to overcome the Negative,<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

And reach the Positive !<\/strong>
<\/strong>And Implement Positivity,<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Then only shall the world be redeemed !<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Kingdom of Heaven,<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Is both worldly and transworldly<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

To implement this Rama Rajya,<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n
