Assoication or aspect by benefics
It may rain slightly !
 
If Saturn and Rahu tenant
Signs watery, no rains
However, if aspected by Venus, Moon
Rains can be imminent !
 
Pisces, Cancer, Taurus, Virgo
Libra, Scorpio, Aquarius
These signs are considered watery
And Moon, Venus as watery planets !
 
If Mercury and Jupiter tenant
Signs watery, they become watery
In other signs they are neutral

Lots of rains indicated !
 
If Horary be in Waxing Moon
Shukla Paksha, Bright Fortnight
And if benefics be in Ascendant
Two, Three, Four, Seven and Ten
Lost of rains can be forecast !
