O Lord of Mount Kailaas,
I bow before Thy Lotus Feet,
The Feet indulging in Cosmic Dance
While reverberating with Aum !

മണിനാഗഫണമാടും തിരുമുടിയും നിന്‍
കനലോടു കനല്‍ കത്തും തിരുമിഴിയും
ഈ മണികണ്ഠനെ തന്ന തൃക്കൈയ്യും
ഞാന്‍ മനസ്സില്‍ പ്രതിഷ്ഠിച്ച തിരുമെയ്യും
കൂടും വെടിഞ്ഞു ഞാന്‍ പോകുന്നിടത്തെല്ലാം
കൂടെയുണ്ടാകണേ ശിവശംഭോ...

Thy Hair Locks incorporates snakes
Thy Eyes triune emit fire
Thy Hand gave me Ayyappa

O Lord who bestows children
I bow before Thy Feet Divine,
The Feet revered by Gopis
And adorned by hessonite gems.

മയില്‍പ്പീലിക്കതിര്‍ ചൂടും തിരുമുടിയും നിന്‍
മണിയോടക്കുഴലൂതും തേന്‍ ചൊടിയും
ഈ ഇരു പൂക്കളെ തന്ന തൃക്കൈയ്യും ഞാന്‍
കണി കണ്ടുണരുന്ന തിരുമെയ്യും
ഉണ്ണിക്കിടാങ്ങള്‍ വിളിയ്ക്കുന്നിടത്തെല്ലാം
ഉണ്ടായിരിക്കണേ ഭഗവാനേ...

Thy hair divine is adorned by peacock feathers
Thy Flute celestial imparteth music divine
Thy Hand gave me these two gems, kids
And Thy Form which ever is in my Mind
When my children call Thee
Thou shalt be with them
O Emblem of Universal Love !
