are usually the essential minerals that our bodies lack the

Lacking calcium and magnesium can make us feel anxiety and
fear, sometimes for no apparent reason and certainly not
because we expect or anticipate that something bad is going to
happen. We just feel fearful because we lack calcium and
magnesium.
 
In addition, a lack of calcium can lead to cancer and
hypertension as well as to joint and periodontal disorders. On
the other hand, a lack of magnesium can lead to bouts of
depression and induce insomnia. These are both well-known
by-products of anxiety.
 
Also, if you combine magnesium with calcium, which is also a
powerful muscle relaxant, the combination creates an overall
sense of calm and well-being. So stock up on your calcium and
