That Astrology is a
Science,

Pratyaksham Jyothisham Saastram,
Sakshinau Chandra Bhaskarau !
Only Celestial, visible Science is Astrology,
With Sol and Luna as witnesses !
Apratyakshani Saastrani,
Vivada tasya Kevalam.
And that it is the Eye of the Vedas,
As it cometh form the Universal Mind !
Vakshyami Veda Nayanam,
Yadha Brahma Ukhasrutham
That it is based on the Inner Sun,
The Divine Solar Consciousness,
Sooryam Na thva Graha pathim,
Jagat Utpathi Kaaranam !
In both Science and Philosophy !
Celestial means Heavenly
In Religion and Philosophy !
Terrestrial derives from Terra, Earth,
Celestial from Caelum, Heaven,
In that differentiating sense it is used
In Philosophy & Religion.
But Astronomy is a
Science,
Based the Celestial Sphere,
Its longitudes & latitudes Celestial,
Are nature and definition.
Also Celestial Meridian,
Celestial Horizon,
Celestial Equator,
And Celestial North Pole !
When we say Long Trichur is 076.15,
We mean its terrestrial longitude,
When we say its Lat is 10.30,
We mean its terrestrial latitude.
Ascendant & Descendent,
MC & IC,
Are all math points,
Celestial Points !
Tell us, if there are

Other science qualifying for Celestial,

Heaven and Earth shall pass away,
