These are the days of Deflation, which is more dangerous than Inflation. The value of Real Estate goes down due to falling prices. Also Stock. Only Gold seems to be insulated from Deflation. In the coming years, the whole world will be under Deflation. It is 1.61% in India, based on the Wholesale Price Index ! Hope this Recession will not turn out to be a Second Great Depression !
