vigaLita nijOtkarsha deershyAvaSEna gatAnyatah
kvachidapi latAkunjE gunjanmadhu vrata manDalee
mukhara SikharE leena deenApyuvAcha rahassakheem ||
I worry about the Lord,
Radha tells her confidante,
They were sitting,
In a cottage
Under a bower filled,
With buzzing sound of bees,
The Lord neglects me,
And sports with others !
In glorious Vrindavan,
She is feeling remorse,
As her dignity is lost<
And is burning with envy !
sancharadadhara sudhAmadhura dhvani mukharita mOhana vamSam
chalita druganchala chanchala mouLi kapOla vilOla vatamsam
rAsE harimiha vihita vilAsam
smarati manO mama kruta parihAsam ||
The Lord is playing,
On His flute divine,
How melodious the tune,
Music nectar like !
Is flowing from lip,
Peacock features,
And ear hangings,
Which adorn Him !
His body shaking beautifully,
Enjoys He the Rasa Lila,
The Dance Divine,
With the Gopis !
I feel ignored,
I feel slighted,
But in my mind,
He holds sway absolute !
chandraka chAru mayoora SikhanDaka manDala valayita kESam
prachura purandara dhanu ranuranjita mEdura mudira suvESam ||rAsE ||
His curly black hair,
Is decorated well,
With peacock feathers,
Like a black cloud !
Encircled by rainbow !
I may be belittled,
But He Eternal,
Dominates my mind !
gOpa kadamba nitambavatee mukha chumbana lambhita lObham
bandhu jeeva madhurAdhara pallava kalita dara smita SObham||rAsE||
See Him dally,
With young Gopis !
His lips sweet,
Like Bandu flowers.
How radiating,
Is His smile !
He may ignore me,
But He is my Lord !
vipula pulaka bhuja pallava valayita vallava yuvatee sahasram
kara charaNOrasi maNigaNa bhushaNa kiraNa vibhinnata miSram||rAsE||
The Gopis were hugged,
Close to His chest,
Their bodies tingled,
With ecstasy supernal !
Nescience went out for a walk,
Darkness was dispelled,
By the Light emanating,
From His ornaments !
jalada paTala chaladindu vinindaka chandana bindu lalATam
peenapayOdhara parisara mardana nirdaya hrudaya kavATam||rAsE ||
A sandalwood dot,
Decorates His face !
His chest hard,
Duly embraces !
I cant forget Him
He dominates my mind,
Capturing it in a tight embrace,
But He still neglects me !
maNimaya makara manOhara kunDala manDita ganDamudAram peetavasana manugata muni manuja surAsura vara parivAram||rAsE ||
Shines He with gems-studded,
Lovely ear rings !
Robed in yellow ,
He is adored world wide !

viSada kadamba talE miLitam kali kalusha bhayam Samayantam mAmapi kimapi taranga dananga druSa manasA ramyantam||rAsE||
Our rendezvous,
Is the Kadamba tree,
He is good at eradicating,
The vices of Kali Yuga !
To describe His love,
Is difficult indeed !
Cupid draws me,
To the Supernal Lord !
Sri jayadEva bhaNita mati sundara mOhana madhuripu roopam haricharaNa smaraNam prati samprati puNyavatA manuroopam||rAsE||
The poet Jaya Deva,
Sings the Love Divine,
Of handsome Krishna
With Beauteous Radha !
This poem holy,
Promotes love absolute,
For the Celestial Lord !
And for all humanity !
Concentrating on His Splendor,
Meditating on the sports,
Of our beloved Lord,
Is blissful indeed !
